Can I take my balloons to a local shop to be filled with helium?
Yes, most places accept balloons bought elsewhere; however I would advise to contact your local balloon shop first.
Why won't my latex balloon float?
Firstly, ensure that the balloon is filled with helium. Balloons will not float with 'air' .
If inflated with helium, check that enough helium has been added. Check the correct size of the balloon and add enough helium required for that size.
Another reason for your balloon not floating, is if you hae added too much weight i.e tassels, decorations etc.
Clear and Confetti Latex Balloons are not clear, why?
Don't worry! Clear latex balloons are creamy before they are inflated. When inflated to the correct size they will be slightly misty before becoming transparent.
How I inflate Foil Balloons?
Please read the description as some foil balloons are 'air filled' only.
Most Foil balloons can be filled with helium and air but please note, if filled with air they will not float.
Can I reuse my Foil balloons?
Most of our foil balloons are re-usable but we can not guarantee that it will work every time.
When deflating, please do be gentle to preserve the balloon for use again.
Do you print on Balloons?
At this moment in time, unfortunately not. However watch this space!
How do I make the confetti stick to the sides of the balloon?
Filling your balloon with air, not helium can result in the confetti sticking to the sides, creating the effect that most would want - which looks FAB!
However, should you fill with helium, please note that the confetti will stay to the bottom, therefore you need to create static. Rub the balloon on either hair or clothing to help create static and voila your confetti will stick to the sides.
